Whooohooo it ha been 2 months since I have smoked a cigarette. And NO I don't crave them either.. NO Cigarette Smoking for
ME...I can actually smell and taste a whole lot better...Cigarettes

as 37 years was a long time to be committed to such a nasty habit....I
am delivered and free...Thank you Lord!
I would love to see anyone who wants to quit smoking do so. this blog is so that we can all be aware of the hazards of smoking.
I decided one day 2 months ago today that I would stop putting this garbage in my body.. It took me 37 years to say I was done.. Not because I hadn't been told over and over by health care providers that smoking is bad for you..I quit because I was tired of the smell and the stinch in my cloths and my home.
Yes I was aided in my quest to quit smoking which I will be sharing on this blog at some point. My sister played a huge role in my quest to stop smoking. She was here with me for a while and she got up every single morning drank coffee and just Chained SMOKED. OMG That smell that came into my bedroom was horrible----- it smelt like burnt tires and some type of hazardous material I just couldn't stomach anymore.
You know to my amazement I could not believe I had been sucking on those nasty things for so long. I never really had the urge to quick, because to tell you the truth I truly enjoyed smoking cigarettes and never really made many attemps to quit. Yeah I was addicted to the nicotene but it was so much more than this it was a a nice after dinner smoke or cocktails seemed to go hand in hand or should I say with a glass in hand.. After all they looked so nice and inviting in their little packs

Stay stuned for how the Industry is now trying to sell the idea of electronic cigarettes and to my amazement they too have nicotene. Imagine that!
